In the era of social business, do all these meanings of strategy still apply? Who should lead the formation of social strategy in the organisation? Biography
Adam Swart is the Social Media Director for iQU, where he is responsible for overseeing the B2B and B2C strategy and execution across all platforms, including mobile. Whether iQU is crafting a solution to help a game developer make the best use of their marketing budget, or a product that connects gamers with the titles best suited to them, Adam’s ensures that iQU’s social media efforts are fully integrated with all iQU initiatives and goals. Previously, Adam was the Senior Content Manager at SanDisk, leading the company into the social and digital space. There he spearheaded the overhaul of SanDisk’s corporate social media plan and roadmap, as well as designed and created social media initiatives for several SanDisk product lines and technologies, including: Sansa, slotRadio, & HQME, as well as the go-to market strategy & social media campaign for SanDisk’s first mobile app MemoryZone. 

Prior to his work at SanDisk Adam lived in Los Angeles, CA, where he produced and marketed soundtracks on more than 25 films as Music Supervisor & Partner at 35Sound. Adam’s credits included “Dawn of the Dead,” “The Great Debaters,” & “Walking Tall.” Adam obtained a Bachelors degree in History and Telecommunications from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana in the United States.
