Biography
J-P De Clerck started as a sales and later marketing manager in the ICT industry. Next, he worked as a publisher. He also launched the first website on interactive marketing in Belgium as an early digital adopter. Today, he works as a consultant and focuses on customer-centric and cross-channel marketing. J-P is an avid blogger with an opinion and only believes in people, customers, goals, value and results, not in hype and fairy tales (except Cinderella).
